Coach Paul is the founder of Basic Reflex and head coach. He has been a boxing trainer for over 30 years, having trained in Cuba. He has worked with a number of professional fighters in Hong Kong who have won numerous tournements under his training. His sharp focus on technique, footwork, defensive manoeuvres, strategy and the skills that most boxing gyms overlook (physical and mental agility, reflexes, mobility, flexibility) are what make his students so successful.

Coach Aman has been a boxing trainer for 3 years and is a WBC qualified advanced boxing coach. He currently focuses on Fundamentals Classes, performance-based strength and conditioning, and also is extremely technical with his students, breaking down the mechanics behind movements and muscle functions to make each technique as effective as possible.
