ĦE Pivot on ball of left foot (180 deg.)
ĦE For power in the kick, tap the feet, when back foot taps down slide the front foot forwards(or diagonal) then kick, this forward momentum adds to power

ĦE Pivot hips so impact is directly in front of you
ĦE Shoulders turn 180 deg. into kick
ĦE Impact with shin
