Basic
reflex specializes in preparing individuals to be able
to deal with real-life fight situations weather they are
in the street or in the ring.
We have found that although individuals may not want to physically
step into the ring, this does not mean that they don¡¦t want to receive
the same level of training intensity and skills that real world-class
professional fighters receive.
So with this in mind the fighters program prepares individual as
if they were training for competition weather they actually step
into the ring is down to them and their personal goals and abilities.

program covers a wide range of areas including-

teaching individuals about the body mechanics required
to deliver the most efficient strike for every technique.
Equipping them with the ¡¥knock out blow¡¦ for every situation.
¡E Speed ¡V every fighter knows that without speed
his techniques are merely show pieces and demonstration tools. We
use our knowledge of muscle development to increase individuals speed
and precision.
¡E Stamina ¡V unless you are Tyson, and as we have
seen recently even if you are, stamina is one of the most prized
possessions in any fighter¡¦s arsenal. We draw on years of knowledge
in the fitness industry and work with professional athletes to develop
stamina to its peak
¡E Psychology and strategy ¡V a fighter is ineffective
if he doesn¡¦t apply his or her mind to understand the workings of
the self and the opposition. We ensure that our students know why
they are using a technique and what the alternatives are. Also how
we feel had a great effect on how we perform so in our teachings
we apply a great deal of sports psychology principals for that extra
edge
